I've finished conversion of a static site to a Drupal CMS. Final result can be seen at www.wattsroostvineyard.com.
It wasn't to complicated. I have used Basic theme to change former tabled design into nice CSS Drupal design. Most of elements are blocks, which can be easily edited.
